## Status

Open to new roles. Permanent contract.

- **Scale-ups (first choice) and startups:** Lead Product Designer, or Head of Product Design who stays hands-on.
- **Corporations:** Design Manager, Design Team Lead, Lead Designer, Staff Product Designer.

Hybrid or on-site in Gothenburg, Sweden. Remote within the EU and UK.

- 17+ years in design. Startup, corporate and agency.
- B2C and B2B products, multi-brand platforms, regulated markets. Most recently in iGaming.
- Most recently Product Design Manager at FDJ United and Kindred Group, and Lead Product Designer before that.
- Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code, Codex. This site was designed and vibe coded by him.

## Conventions

How he works.

- **Player-coach.** Sets strategy, owns roadmaps and manages designers, and still opens Figma or prompts a coding agent himself.
- **Users and business together.** One shouldn't back down for the other.
- **Evidence over opinion.** Ambiguity is part of the job; the known part is decided on facts.
- **Shipping over talking.** No UX theatre. Learn, build, ship, repeat.
